YMMCA Nominated Again for Best of Georgia Award
Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation of America (YMMC) is proud to
announce that it has once again been nominated for the 2026 Best of Georgia Awards in the Motor
Vehicle & Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturers category, following its recognition as the 2025 Best of
Georgia winner.
Presented annually by the Georgia Business Journal, the Best of Georgia Awards celebrate businesses
and organizations that make a meaningful impact across the state. Winners are selected through a
combination of reader votes and editorial review, recognizing companies that exemplify excellence in
their industries and communities.
“Being recognized as the 2025 Best of Georgia winner was an incredible honor for our entire
organization,” said Stan Brown, Vice President, Finance “To be nominated again is a testament to the
dedication, talent, and commitment of our employees, who continue to set the standard for manufacturing
excellence while making a positive impact in the communities we serve.”
For more than 35 years, YMMC has proudly manufactured Yamaha WaveRunners, Golf Cars, Side-by-
Sides, and ATVs in Newnan, Georgia. With more than 1,800 employees, the company plays a significant
role in Georgia’s manufacturing industry while supporting local communities through workforce
development, volunteerism, charitable partnerships, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

support the company by voting in the 2026 Best of Georgia Awards.
Voting is open now through October 31, 2026, and individuals may vote once per day. Winners will be
announced on December 3, 2026.
