Sports on TV This Week – Braves, United plus NASCAR, PGA

Now it’s down to two … at least at this time of the year. The Atlanta Braves and United are the local professional sports franchises in regular season play beginning the week of April 22-28.
The Braves (14-6) are in the midst of a 9-game MLB homestand after taking two of three from the defending World Series champion Texas Rangers over the weekend. Next, the Miami Marlins are in town to begin a three-game set tonight, then will be followed by the Cleveland Guardians on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All games will be televised by Bally Sports.
United hits the road to face the Chicago Fire on Saturday in MLS action. United (3-3-2) is coming off a 2-1 loss on Saturday to visiting FC Cincinnati. This week’s game will be televised by Apple TV.
The Atlanta Hawks ended their season last Wednesday with a 131-116 loss to the Chicago Bulls in the No. 9-No. 10 NBA Play-In game. The Hawks finished 36-47.
