The Little Gym
A new tenant is on the way to Ashley Park, and it’s one kids across Metro Atlanta already know and love. The Little Gym is planning to open a new location in Suite 378. While construction hasn’t started yet, bids are currently out for a general contractor, so the buildout should be underway soon.
With several locations already operating around Metro Atlanta, The Little Gym has become a go-to spot for families looking to combine movement, learning, and play. Their programs serve children from 4 months to 12 years old, offering everything from baby motor skill classes to foundational gymnastics.
Trader Joe’s
Trader Joe’s is now hiring as the much-anticipated store prepares to open at The Avenue in Peachtree City. Positions are currently listed on the company’s official careers site, with opportunities available for both entry-level and management roles.
The store will officially open on Monday, October 27 at 9 a.m. Business hours will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
Ito Ramen Bar
They’ve got everything from rich Tonkotsu and spicy Miso ramen to small plates, rice bowls, and appetizers if you’re in the mood for something different. It’s a solid new option for lunch or dinner, especially as the weather cools off.

Ponko Chicken
Construction has begun on a new Ponko Chicken location on Glenda Trace, directly across from Foxtail Coffee. Known for its Japanese-American fusion chicken tenders and signature sauces, Ponko Chicken has been steadily expanding across metro Atlanta, and this new Newnan location brings the brand closer to residents on the southwest side of Metro Atlanta.
Del Webb Southern Oaks
Del Webb, the premier builder of active adult communities, recently held a ground-breaking ceremony on marking the initial phase of construction on Del Webb Southern Oaks, located off Hollz Parkway, just north of the Newnan Peachtree Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership and Newnan Park & Ride. Del Webb Southern Oaks will feature over 950 residences across 450 acres. It will bring the iconic Del Webb lifestyle to Newnan and Coweta County for the first time and joins Del Webb Lake Oconee and Del Webb Chateau Elan in meeting the needs of Metro Atlanta active adult buyers. The grand opening is anticipated in 2026.
