The Coweta Samaritan Clinic’s 16th Annual Bluegrass & BBQ, “The Great Pig-Out,” presented by the Gutierrez Family, is coming up
Sunday, October 25, from 4:00–7:30 p.m. on the
front lawn of the University of West Georgia Newnan!
Come hungry and ready for a great time!
- Gourmet BBQ buffet from Dunc’s BBQ Kitchen, plus Brandon Lovett’s Brunswick Stew and other delicious bites
- Beer, wine & fall sips, including the LaGrange Grocery beer truck, wine courtesy of Coggin Travels, and our special fall spritzer
- Live bluegrass from Smokey’s Farmland Band, a fantastic “Goodtime Eclectic Bluegrass” band out of Atlanta that blends musical influences ranging from bluegrass to gypsy jazz to Cajun. A typical set features original tunes, good ol’ pickin’ numbers, and some unexpected covers, too!
- A one-of-a-kind Beautifully Baked by Bonne showpiece cake! Local celebrity cake artist, Bonne Bedingfield, is teaming up with her brother, artist David Boyd, Jr., on the design! (Also, be sure to catch Bonne on this season of Netflix’s Is It Cake?, premiering October 9!)
- Original Great Pig-Out artwork by David Boyd, Jr., who created this year’s invitation and T-shirt design. Every attendee gets a shirt!
- Our always-popular silent auction! Stay tuned for a preview!
- A Kendra Scott Pop-Up Shop for a little shopping while you’re there with a portion of the proceeds benefiting our event!
