OCTOBER 27, FRIDAY

HALLOWEEN FLASH SALE

OAK HILL CEMETERY TOUR
4-7:30 p.m. at McRitchie-Hollis Museum, 74 Jackson Street, Newnan
Join Newnan-Coweta Historical Society as we tour at dusk through Newnan’s Historic Oak Hill Cemetery on a guided walk of select gravesites. Storytellers and guides captivate guests with lively, engaging tales while dancers, musicians and artists also contribute to this special event that celebrates living, history and the arts. Limited tickets available. Tours, $50 Adults / $25 Children 12 and under, start every 20 minutes from McRitchie-Hollis Museum, 74 Jackson St., Newnan. WITCHES NIGHT OUT
5-9 p.m. in Downtown Newnan
Hosted by Bold Soul Originals, LinkandCharm and other downtown merchants. Dress up in your best witches costume and get ready for a fun night out filled with treats, sips, specials, over $1,500 in raffle prizes, and more! No tricks, just a wickedly good time! Don’t miss out on this spooktacular event.

CARNEVIL: A NIGHT BENEFITTING SOUTHERN ARC DANCE CENTER
6-10 p.m. at Blue Fern Design Studio, 167 Greenville Street South, Newnan • 678-633-0080
Hosted by the Norm Social Club at Blue Fern Design Studio. There will be frights, freaks and fabulousness – including live performances, raffles, live auction items, a cigar lounge, blackjack and more. All profits will go to Southern Arc Dance Center. Tickets are $75.

TRIVIA TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER
6:30 p.m. at Northgate High 9th Grade Cafeteria, 3220 Fischer Road, Newnan
This fundraiser benefits Carolyn McDevitt and her support group Carolyn Cares: Surviving and Thriving through Breast Cancer. Tickets are $10 at the door. Participants will form teams and answer 20 questions related to a theme, followed by a final exam. The top 3 teams at the end of the evening will win prize packages from local businesses such as Publix, Richards Imaging, Partners Pizza of Tyrone, Coweta Crossroads Chick-fil-A and more.

The meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn stumbles across a new breed of plant he names “Audrey II” – after his coworker crush. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune to the down and out Krelborn as long as he keeps feeding it, BLOOD. Over time, though, Seymour discovers Audrey II’s out of this world origins and intent towards global domination! SENOIA FARMERS MARKET
8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at 40 Travis Street, Senoia
It is a community-oriented marketplace that features a variety of local farmers, food producers, artisans, and craftsmen. You can find a wide selection of fresh produce, including fruits and vegetables, herbs, and flowers. There are also local food producers selling homemade baked goods, jams and jellies, honey, and other artisanal products. The market also features handmade crafts, such as pottery, jewelry, and textiles. Visitors can enjoy live music, food trucks, and other family-friendly activities.  EVERY Saturday.

SERENBE FARMERS MARKET

Serenbe Farmers Market offers a variety of healthy foods and artisanal goods on a large green space surrounded by a canopy of trees. Spend the morning shopping for your weekly groceries or unique gifts & wears while enjoying the beauty of nature.

PEACHTREE CITY MARKET
9 a.m.-1 p.m. at Aberdeen Village Shopping Center, Aberdeen Parkway, Peachtree City
This market brings approximately 60 vendors offering a variety of fresh produce, poultry, beef and pork, bread, sweet treats, honey, eggs, prepared foods and so much more. It’s the perfect place to find the consummate gift for the foodie in your life and visitors will also find live music going on.

2ND ANNUAL TRUNK OR TREAT

Enjoy lots of candy and see the Senoia Police Cars decorated. Costume contest at 10:30 a.m. Pumpkin decorating, hayrides, music, inflatables, Police Department tours, games and more.

DEA NATIONAL PRESCRIPTION DRUG TAKE BACK DAY
10 a.m.- 2 p.m. at Newnan Police Department, 1 Joseph Hannah Boulevard, Newnan
10 a.m.- 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Church, 2956 Highway 154, Newnan
Coweta County will join in the Drug Enforcement Agency’s (DEA) “National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.” This bi-annual drive-through event is an opportunity for people to safely dispose of unused prescription medication at one of the collection sites that will be managed by Coweta County Sheriff’s Office, Newnan Police Department, Keep Newnan Beautiful, COWETA FORCE, and DRUG FREE COWETA. Disposal is completely anonymous. This DEA Take Back Day event offers Coweta County residents the opportunity to safely dispose of potentially dangerous, expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs, including over-the-counter medicines, and helps prevent medication abuse by removing unused medication from the home. The medications to be disposed of at the Take-Back Day locations must be in a container such as a pill bottle, box, blister pack, or zipped plastic bag. Participants are encouraged to remove any identifying information from the prescription label but it is not required.

ASHLEY PARK FALL FEST

All sorts of family fun at the Fall Fest at Ashley Park. Attendees can participate in Carnival Games, ride a Mechanical Bull, ride a train, Pop-up Pumpkin Patch, Business-to-Business Trick or Treating, a Costume Contest, Pet Costume Contest, a Local Vendor Market, Food Trucks and more.

HALLOWEEN AT SMALLCAKES

13 STORIES HAUNTED HOUSE KIDS FUN DAY

All families with children are welcome. If you love horror or would like to have the haunt experience without the scares, come out to our lights on kids day and trunk or treat!. This will be a no scare fun day in which our actors will not be in makeup and will just hand out goodies! $5 per kid! Includes the bounce house and lights on tour as well as CANDY. Costumes are welcome. There will be snacks available as well as other activities!

MICRO MARKET
