Join orthopedic surgeon, Clark Walker, M.D., on Saturday, May 30, 2026, for Piedmont Newnan’s Walk
with a Doc to learn more.

Participants will learn about the latest advances in sports medicine, as well as advances in orthopedics
including shoulder reconstructions and minimally invasive arthroscopic surgeries for shoulders, elbows,
hips and knees.

Clark Walker, M.D. is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with specialty training in Sports Medicine and sports related injuries. He specializes in advanced minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment of injuries involving the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. He has a particular interest in ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, ligament injuries, rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability, shoulder replacement, cartilage restoration, joint preservation, and UCL reconstruction. His practice also includes fracture care and nonoperative management of musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Walker is focused on individualized patient care and is passionate about helping patients return to an active lifestyle.

The Walk with a Doc event will start at the main entrance at Piedmont Newnan Hospital, located at 745 Poplar Road in Newnan, on Saturday, May 30, 2026.

Walk with a Doc offers opportunities for everyone to walk and talk with healthcare professionals. During the walks, health professionals will take five minutes to discuss a health topic and then answer participants’ questions as the group goes for a walk. It’s free and open to everybody.
