Halloween 2023 has several neat events taking place locally in Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City and LaGrange.

Below is a list of fun, family-friendly Trick-or-Treat affairs that begin at 10 a.m. and run through early evening.

HALLOWEEN, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 31

MUNCHKIN MASQUERADE
10 a.m.-Noon in Downtown Newnan
Bring your “Munchkins” to Trick-or-Treat as Main Street Newnan hosts its annual Munchkin Masquerade. Costumes are highly encouraged. This event is for the little ones.

MUNCHKIN MASQUERADE BLOCK PARTY
10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Greenville Street Park, downtown Newnan
Walk or drive down to the Greenville Street Park while you’re at the City of Newnan’s Munchkin Masquerade for a Block Party hosted by Crossroads Kids! Families are invited to enjoy games, candy, prizes, a dance party, balloon animals, snacks, and story time! Parents – We’ll have some iced coffee for you!

SIDEWALK COSTUME PARADE
11 a.m. at Downtown Senoia
Calling all little goblins and ghosts! Join the folks in downtown Senoia on Halloween for a fab-boo-lous Sidewalk Costume Parade for Senoia’s littles! Meet at the gazebo located at the bottom of Main Street and as the walking parade begins at 11 a.m.! Come in costume, wave at the merchants, and enjoy some treats to follow. This event is for littles ages 5 and under, must be accompanied by an adult.

TRICK OR TREAT GLOW FOREST
5-8 p.m. at ChildrenConnect Museum, 30 Temple Avenue, Newnan • 470-414-2455
ChildrenConnect Museum is hosting a Trick-or-Treat Glow Forest alongside the historic College Street homes in downtown Newnan during their annual Halloween night trick-or-treating block party! Check-out the GLOW-TASTIC experience, which is FREE to enter. You will walk through the glowing neon forest filled with whimsical trees and flowers, and of course grab some Halloween treats. No tricks, we promise! The streets will be blocked off by Newnan City Police to provide a safe experience for young families. This free event is generously sponsored by United Bank. FALL FESTIVAL
5-7 p.m. at The Avenue, 239 City Circle, Peachtree City
Join The Avenue Peachtree City for their annual Fall Festival on Halloween evening. Enjoy store-to-store, trick-or-treating, pumpkin decorating, balloonists, caricaturists, meet your favorite movie characters and much more!

MALLOWEEN
6 p.m. at the LaGrange Mall, 1501 Lafayette Parkway, LaGrange • 706-760-6991
Halloween is back at the LaGrange Mall. Shop ’til you drop and trick-or-treat in your costumes throughout the Mall beginning at 6 p.m.
