Newnan’s Kris Youmans fronts the Kris Youmans Band which has a unique roots, country sound with a bit of Western swing that makes them a perfect edition to GPB’s Georgia’s Country Connection SERIES.
We are fortunate that Kris writes The Music column for us each month.

• Aaron Watkins is playing The Bowery in Myrtle Beach on May 19. The band Alabama was the house band there back in the 70s. Also, he’ll be at 3/23 Flanagan’s in Athens March 23 and at Cowboy Town in Warm Springs March 30. (check the local venues listed here)
