Established in 2010 by Patti Kadkhodaian and Wendy Maguire, the Business Women of Fayette & Coweta Counties (BWFC) was founded with the purpose of uniting women business owners and leaders for networking and fundraising in support of local causes. As of 2023, BWFC has successfully raised over $650,000 for charitable initiatives within the dual-county area with events such as the O Christmas Tea, the Spring Swing, and Giving Tuesday Music Bingo. Guided by the mission of ‘Giving Back for a Better Community,’ the organization seamlessly integrates networking and philanthropy to achieve its objectives. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the unwavering support from generous sponsors, donors, and dedicated volunteers. Committed to making a lasting impact, the BWFC strives to further extend its influence, contributing to the well-being of individuals in the community.
