Day 6 – 2024 Kiwanis Coweta County Fair

The first of three consecutive free admission nights of the 2024 Kiwanis Coweta County Fair is this evening.
There’s no gate admission on Tuesday, thanks to sponsor Dr Pepper. Gates open at 4 p.m. with the session closing at 10 p.m.
Aside from the Primetime Carnival Rides and entertainment list, fair attendees can check out the 4-H Poultry Games and Awards from 5:30-7 p.m. in the Livestock Arena and the Diaper Derby with contestants between the ages of 6 and 12 months crawling the 10-foot track to see who gets to the finish line first. The Derby is set for 6 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall.
Entertainment scheduled today include Extreme Sculpting by Chainsaw artist Chris, Music from DJ King Justice, Bob Seymore – The Living Statue, the Iron P Homestead Exotic Petting Zoo, Superheroes, Inflatables and Crafts.
Tuesday’s weather forecast from the National Weather Service in Peachtree City is a nice one. Look for sunny skies with increasing clouds and a temperature near 83 degrees when the gates open. Northwest wind will be 5 p.m. By closing time, fair attendees can expect the temperature to be near 70 degrees with calm wind. For the latest info on the weather, click HERE.
