CHILDREN’S CRAFT: FAIRY HOUSES
10-11 a.m., The Newnan Carnegie Library, 1 LaGrange Street, Downtown Newnan • 770-683-1347
It’s craft time at the Newnan Carnegie Library. Each month the Carnegie will have a themed craft where participants will explore different art mediums. In March, the group will be creating fairy houses. This is a great opportunity for little hands to work on fine motor skills. All ages are welcome. Registration is required. To register, click HERE.
CASA’S 70s DISCO PROM

Coweta CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is a local nonprofit located in Newnan, GA founded in 2005. And CASA is putting on the Coweta CASA 1970s Disco Prom. MOVIE ON THE LAWN
7:30 p.m., Greenville Street Park, downtown Newnan
It’s a Free outdoor movie night under the stars at Greenville Street Park! Bring your blankets and lawn chairs for a fun, family-friendly evening with great food and entertainment. The movie is “Moana 2”. There will be Free popcorn along with food trucks. The event is sponsored by Jake Stanley State Farm.

TOUR OF COWETA

The Annual Tour of Coweta is back and better than ever! Get ready for an unforgettable cycling adventure through the stunning landscapes of Coweta County! Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or a weekend warrior, the Tour of Coweta offers routes for every level of rider, from the full 100-mile century to shorter options of 27, 47, 62, and 98 miles. Cyclists will enjoy scenic views, rolling hills, and meandering roads, all while contributing to a meaningful cause. The event benefits the Rotary Club of Newnan, funding grants that support local nonprofits and have a lasting impact on the community.

This is the 3rd Annual Make More Music Benefit which features local student musicians, Musicology, Grass Roots Music, and CEC. Make More Music Foundation is a non-profit committed to providing music education to at-risk youth and cultivating community through the unifying art of learning to play music. ATLANTA CHAMBER PLAYERS AT WADSWORTH
3 p.m., Wadsworth Auditorium, 25 Jefferson Street, Newnan
The Newnan Cultural Arts Commission will present the Atlanta Chamber Players at the historic Wadsworth Auditorium in downtown Newnan. The Atlanta Chamber Players are a world-class mixed ensemble providing compelling performances of traditional and modern chamber music as well as commissioned new works.
