From Special Reports

The beloved Downtown Newnan Labor Day Arts Festival is back on Monday, September 1, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., transforming the historic Downtown Square into a celebration of art, creativity, and community spirit—and admission is completely FREE!

Inspired by the cherished Powers Crossroads Festival, this event was established in 2015 to revive the artistic magic that once filled Labor Day weekends across Coweta County. Since then, it has grown into one of the area’s most anticipated arts events, showcasing the incredible talent of artists from near and far.

Wander the square and discover handcrafted goods including paintings, pottery, woodwork, jewelry, textiles, and more. With live demonstrations and one-of-a-kind finds, there’s something for everyone at this fun, family-friendly event.
