Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation (YMMC) is proud to announce the recipients of its Community Impact Grants, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to corporate philanthropy and strengthening the communities where its team members live and work.

“Giving back to our local communities is a core part of who we are at Yamaha,” Bob Brown,  President at YMMC. “These grants allow us to invest in organizations that are making a real  difference for individuals and families across the region.”

Rooted in Yamaha’s long-standing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the Community Impact Grant Program helps nonprofits expand access to essential resources, strengthen infrastructure, and develop programs that empower youth, families, and underserved  populations. Supporting local organizations has been a cornerstone of Yamaha’s presence in  Georgia since the company’s founding.

Funding priority is given to nonprofits serving the counties where approximately 80% of  Yamaha employees reside, including Coweta, Fayette, Troup, South Fulton, and Carroll counties. This targeted approach ensures that Yamaha’s philanthropic efforts directly benefit the communities most closely connected to its workforce.

The following organizations have been selected as recipients of the Community Impact Grants:  Chattahoochee Riverkeeper, Coweta FORCE, Coweta STEM Institute, Keris Kares Inc,  Newnan-Coweta Habitat for Humanity, Inc, and Phenomenal Women’s Health.

Applications for YMMC’s Community Impact Grant Program are accepted quarterly. Eligible  501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply for funding to support impactful programs and initiatives that strengthen local communities.
