Bob Ross Painting Class offered by Carnegie
From Special Reports
If you enjoyed watching the legendary painter Bob Ross during his television shows through the years, now you can take a class and learn his style of painting.
The Newnan Carnegie Library will be hosting a painting class instructed by Jeremy Rogers, a certified Bob Ross Landscape Painting Instructor, on November 9 at 1 p.m. Attendees have the opportunity to learn how to paint in the style of the late, great Bob Ross as he did on his TV program, ‘The Joy of Painting.’
Seating is limited, and the registration opens to the public on October 26 at 9 a.m., so mark it down on your calendars.
“Painting can be an incredibly relaxing activity to get into,” says Anthony Urda, Adult Event Coordinator for the Newnan Carnegie Library. “We’re excited to bring Jeremy Rogers in to teach us how to master the ‘Joy of Painting’.”
Registration for this free event is required, so do not forget to check out the Newnan Carnegie Library Eventbrite page to reserve a seat. More information about the event can be found on the Newnan Carnegie Library website and on their Facebook page.
The Carnegie Library is located at 1 LaGrange Street in downtown Newnan.
