It’s finally here. The 2023 Kiwanis Coweta County Fair opens its 11-day run today with Midway Preview Day.
Gates open at 4 p.m. and carnival rides and food booths will be available for tonight’s Fair attendees. No animal exhibits or entertainment acts are scheduled as folks can use the opening day to get an idea of the rides and games offered at this year’s Fair.
The National Weather Service in Peachtree City says a 30 percent chance of rain will be in the forecast when gates open at 4 p.m. The temperature should be near 77 degrees then under partly sunny skies. For the most up-to-date weather forecast for Newnan, visit HERE.
And for those wondering, Mega Pass sales ended yesterday.
