Note: Most restaurants also regularly offer kids’ meals on their menus that are in kid-sized portions and include foods that many kids like to eat, such as grilled cheese sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, applesauce and yogurt. Kids’ meals are usually much cheaper than regular adult meals. Many restaurants have also become more health conscious and offer apple juice or milk as beverages for kids, rather than soft drinks.
