Newnan Carnegie Library to celebrate National Popcorn Day

It’s all about popcorn as the Newnan Carnegie Library celebrates National Popcorn Day on Thursday, Dec. 2.
The public is invited to join the Carnegie staff for a fun-filled afternoon that will be filled to the brim with different makes, flavors, and condiments associated with popcorn. The event is free and begins at 2:30 p.m.
“Popcorn feels like a very universal snack and there’s so much more you can do with it than just butter and salt,” says Anthony Urda, the Newnan Carnegie Library Adult Event Coordinator. “It deserves better.”
