Summer Job Fair to take place today in downtown Newnan

The 2021 Summer Job Fair with over a dozen local companies participating is scheduled for today, Thursday, June 10.
The event will feature Manufacturing and Logistics Jobs and take place at the Newnan First United Methodist Church Parish Hall. It is from 4-6 p.m. and the event is free for job seekers. Sponsors include the Newnan First UMC Job Network in partnership with Goodwill and the Coweta Development Authority.
As of Wednesday (May 26), these companies will be in attendance with job openings:

Job seekers attending should come prepared with several copies of recent resumes, dress for success and be prepared to apply for jobs “on the spot.”
Company-requested safety guidelines will be followed with masks required for all those entering Parish Hall as well as a restriction on the maximum number of people at a time inside the building.
The Newnan FUMC is located at 33 Greenville Street in downtown Newnan.
