This market brings approximately 60 vendors offering a variety of fresh produce, poultry, beef and pork, bread, sweet treats, honey, eggs, prepared foods and so much more. It’s the perfect place to find the consummate gift for the foodie in your life and visitors will also find live music going on.

In 1957, teens Phil and Don Everly supercharged the vocal sound of Rock’n’Roll with “Bye Bye Love” and “Wake Up Little Susie”, unleashing the sparkling vocal harmonies that would influence The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, The Beach Boys, The Hollies, The Eagles, Peter Paul & Mary, and the Bee Gees. LUNCH AND LEARN / COOPERATION AND CONFLICT

The Newnan Carnegie Library hosts another exciting free lunchtime program. Bring a lunch with you as we welcome Dr. Hendry Miller, the Collections Manager at the Georgia Archives. He will examine some of Georgia’s history with Native peoples—from the establishment of the Georgia Colony through the first few decades of the 1800s in a multimedia presentation. Even if you know the history of our state well, you will learn a great deal that will enrich your understanding of our state’s Native Americans. The event is free but you must register HERE.

SPRING ART WALK
5-9 p.m., Downtown Newnan

The Art Walk Event is Main Street Newnan’s celebration of local art, hosted twice a year in downtown Newnan! During the Art Walk, businesses extend their hours to host store-front exhibits and demonstrations curated by a variety of Newnan’s finest artists. Visitors can expect to stroll through over 25 locations and see the work of at least 40 artists, and you will find a wide variety of art styles and mediums, including: oil on canvas, engraving, pottery, photography, jewelry-making, fiber arts, performing arts and acrylics.

THE LOCALS NIGHT MARKET
5-8 p.m., Greenville Street Park, Newnan
This free event features vendors, businesses, food trucks, activities, live music and more.

ACTION WRESTLING
7 p.m., Madras Middle School, 240 Edgeworth Road, Newnan

EASTER EGGSTRAVAGANZA
9:45 a.m., Westhill Newnan Crossing, 285 Summerlin Boulevard, Newnan

It’s the Annual Easter Eggstravaganza! The event will have the Easter Bunny, cookies, and of course the egg hunt! We are now doing separate age groups for the egg hunt! 5 & under/6 & up! Both egg hunts will begin at 10 a.m.! Let the Egg Hunt begin!

ANNUAL EGG HUNT WITH THE EASTER BUNNY

SENOIA SHORT TRACK

The world’s premier dirt track motorcycle racing series will make its 2nd annual visit to Senoia Raceway in Senoia, Georgia, on March 23 for the Senoia Short Track. Two weeks removed from the ‘24 double opener, a third consecutive Short Track showdown sets the stage for a combustible mix of adrenaline, aggression, momentum, and early desperation confined in a 3/8-mile oval located just southwest of Atlanta.
