2nd Annual Newnan Songwriters Festival returns this weekend

The Newnan Songwriters Festival returns for its second year this weekend at various venues in downtown Newnan.
Sponsored by the Newnan Cultural Arts Festival and Newnan Leisure Services, this two-day event features national and professional songwriters as some of Newnan’s best venues.
Headlining acts will perform at the Wadsworth Auditorium, beginning on Friday, January 30 with Kevn Kinney at 7 p.m. The Kris Youmans Band and John Hensley are the opening performers. And then on Saturday, January 31, Adam Wright hits the stage with Doug Kees opening. It also begins at 7 p.m.
Tickets for the Wadsworth Auditorium performances each night are $40 (fees not included) and can be purchased by clicking HERE.
Admission is free to 15 other performances at locations in downtown Newnan on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. including Newnan Book Company, RPM, Leaf & Bean, Below The Neck, The Lune, Vinylyte and The Bays.

1 pm – Raley Montana (Below The Neck), Trinity Scales (The Lune)
2 pm – Barefoot Crickets (RPM), Tzayla (Leaf & Bean)
3 pm – Russ Gordon (Below The Neck), Candler Hobbs (The Lune)
4 pm – Tavis Lance Mapp (RPM), Rose Briaud (Leaf & Bean), Mary Martin (The Bays)
5 pm – Grass (Below The Neck), Kit + Char (Vinylyte), Sweet Grass Sally (The Lune)
