Newnan Utilities Closes Sewell Road Lobby

Newnan Utilities remains committed to providing our customers with high quality, safe, and reliable
service, keeping our customer’s lights on and water flowing. We are here to serve our community, 24
hours a day, 7 days a week.

We understand everyone’s concerns regarding COVID-19. The health and safety of our customers and
our employees is of the utmost importance to us. Considering the relentless spread of Covid-19 cases

in our community, we believe it is in the best interest of our employees and customers to temporarily
close the Sewell Road lobby.

The drive-thru window at Sewell Road will remain open. We are encouraging our employees and customers to limit face-to-face contact and to instead communicate through electronic and digital systems.

Customers may conduct all regular business, including starting, stopping, or transferring service online
at and clicking the green LOG IN button.

We encourage customers and citizens of Coweta County to adhere to safety guidelines of the Center
for Disease Control. For more information about how you can help limit the spread of COVID-19 please

“At Newnan Utilities, our top priority is the health and security of our customers and staff. We are
