Stuffed Animal Taxidermy for Teens at the Carnegie

From Special Reports
Ever heard of stuffed animal taxidermy? If not, the Newnan Carnegie Library wants you to learn.
The Carnegie is hosting a Stuffed Animal Taxidermy event on Friday, Oct. 8. It takes place from 2-4 p.m. Participants will use stuffed animals, cardboard, paint and glue during the fun-filled activity to make stuffed animal taxidermy wall hangings. It is for ages 10 and up.
“We’re going to have a great time discussing old stuffed animals and turning them into something new, fresh, and fun,” says Carnegie Teen Programmer Elizabeth Ruppel. “We hope to see everyone having a good time at the Carnegie.”
The event is free, but registration is required: For tickets, please visit: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/stuffed-animal-taxidermy-for-teens-tickets-173747021017.
