Area Sports Calendar: Prep Football, Falcons and Hawks

Below readers will find a listing of this area’s sports calendar for the upcoming week, starting with prep football in Coweta County and including Atlanta’s professional teams – Falcons and Hawks.

Locally, all six Coweta schools have completed their 2025 high school football seasons with three reaching the  GHSA 2nd Round of State Playoff Games – East Coweta, Newnan and Trinity Christian. Those three teams were eliminated last Friday. Northgate was a GHSA 1st round participant while Heritage School and Central Christian failed to quality for postseason play.
