NOTE: Edited 11/3/23 … From Staff Reports

It’s Week No. 12 and the final week of the prep football regular season.

Possible playoff berths are on the line for East Coweta, Northgate and Trinity Christian on Friday as the top four seeds of each region qualify for postseason play. Entering Friday’s action, those three teams are among the top four in region standings. Newnan is likely out of the playoffs, tied for 5th place with three other teams in Region 5, 6A.

East Coweta (6-3, 1-2) travels to Pebblebrook, Northgate (6-3, 2-1) hosts Drew and Fayette County visits Trinity Christian (5-4, 4-2). Newnan (3-6, 2-4) is at New Manchester.

Heritage School (2-7, 0-3) ends its GIAA regular season on the road at Brookstone. And Central Christian (5-4) opens the GAPPS AA State Playoffs at Lafayette Christian.

Below, we have the top major college football games and Georgia Colleges with TV Networks and kickoff times, plus this week’s pro sports calendar featuring the Falcons, United and Hawks.
