MARCH 26, TUESDAY

GARDEN GLORY
10 a.m. – Noon, UGA Extension Coweta County, 255 Pine Road, Newnan • 770-254-2620
Abra Lee, director of Agriculture at the Historic Oakland Foundation and author of “Conquer the Soil,” will be the guest speaker at A Morning Glory, Backyard Association event. Abra will be exploring stories of Black Horticulture history, spotlighting Folk Gardens and lady legends who forged a path to economic and social freedom, inspiring plant lovers today. The event is FREE, but you must register to be entered into the drawing for Door Prizes. To register, call 770-254-2620. A presentation of the Coweta Master Gardener Extension Volunteers.

MARCH 27, WEDNESDAY

PEACHTREE CITY MARKET
9 a.m.-1 p.m., Aberdeen Village Shopping Center, Aberdeen Parkway, Peachtree City

This market brings approximately 60 vendors offering a variety of fresh produce, poultry, beef and pork, bread, sweet treats, honey, eggs, prepared foods and so much more. It’s the perfect place to find the consummate gift for the foodie in your life and visitors will also find live music going on.

SPRING LUNCHEON AND HEALTH FAIR

HIPPITY HOP DANCE PARTY
5:30-7:30 p.m., The Avenue, 239 City Circle, Peachtree City

Dance your hind feet off at The Easter bunny’s hip hop dance party! Bring your dancing shoes to Central Park to dance with the Easter Bunny!

DRINK AROUND THE WORLD
6-8 p.m., Newnan Historical Train Depot, 60 East Broad Street, Newnan

Hosted by the Women’s Council of Realtors Coweta Network. Join them for an epic adventure as we embark on a journey to taste the finest foods & drinks from around the world! This in-person event will be held at the Historic Train Depot located on East Broad Street in beautiful Newnan. The event is free but you must register HERE.
