Home Helpers earns 10th consecutive Provider of Choice Award

Home Helpers of Georgia and Alabama, based here in Newnan, has earned the recognition as a 2023 Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice Award winner.

It’s the 10th consecutive year that Home Helpers of Georgia and Alabama has earned this distinction, which is handed out by HCP, an independent experience management company. Home Helpers began participating in this survey-based program 10 years ago.

“This award is confirmation that we are providing value to our clients and their families,” said Beth Dow, co-owner of the local Home Helpers franchise. “There are many choices for Home Care out there and this award tells us that families who have used us, would use us again.” 

The Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice Award is based on client satisfaction ratings collected from telephone interviews performed by HCP. The home care providers who earn this award consistently exceed the industry standards for quality in-home care.
