Judge Vineyard speaks at Newnan Kiwanis Meeting

The Honorable Judge Russell G. Vineyard was the guest speaker at this week’s Newnan Kiwanis Meeting.
Judge Vineyard spoke about the history of the United States Federal Judiciary and the history and role of the Federal Circuit Court Magistrate Judge position. The meeting was at the Newnan Country Club on Tuesday, May 16.

The Kiwanis Club of Newnan meets every Tuesday at noon for lunch at the Newnan Country Club. Guests are always welcome.
