Kaiser Permanente celebrates new Medical Center in Coweta County

Kaiser Permanente recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of its Fischer Crossings Medical Center, a major investment expanding access to

High-quality, affordable health care for residents across Coweta County. The medical center will be open to Kaiser Permanente members beginning June 24.

Company officials also presented a $100,000 grant to local nonprofit Bridging the Gap Community Outreach (BTG) to support its efforts to provide food, resources, and services that help individuals and families achieve greater stability.

The state-of-the-art, 36,000-square-foot medical center will bring a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services together under one roof, making it easier and more convenient for Kaiser Permanente members to access coordinated care close to where they live and work.

Comprehensive services at the new facility will include:


  • Primary Care:
    Adult Medicine and Pediatrics
  • Specialty Care: Ob/Gyn, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, GI, Dermatology, Medical Optometry and Ophthalmology
  • Imaging: X-Ray, Ultrasound, Screening Mammography and DEXA
  • Pharmacy & Lab: Pharmacy and Blood Draw

“The opening of Fischer Crossings marks an important milestone in Kaiser Permanente’s ongoing commitment to expanding access to high-quality, affordable health care in the communities we serve,” said Corwin N. Harper, regional president of Kaiser Permanente in Georgia. “This state-of-the-art facility brings a wide range of services closer to where our members live and work, making it easier to get the care they need. We are proud to invest in the health and vitality of Coweta County and look forward to serving this growing community for years to come.”

Fischer Crossings reflects Kaiser Permanente’s mission to expand access to high-quality, affordable care across metro Atlanta. Recent investments include a $50 million renovation of its Cumberland Medical Center in Cobb County and the acquisition of seven acres in Atlanta’s historic Summerhill neighborhood, reinforcing their commitment to improving community health, economic opportunity, and neighborhood vitality.

The medical center is located on Fischer Crossings Drive in the Fischer Crossings development, currently occupied by several businesses including Costco, NCG Cinema, AutoZone, and others.
