Inclusive Prom

Hosted by Pathways Center and Another Way Foundation.The event will be planned by a team of professionals working in the IDD field and will consider sensory-aware lighting, sounds, and other entertainment sources. Red Bull Boarding Pass Skateboard Event
1 p.m. at the Newnan Skatepark / C.J. Smith Park, 92 Farmer Street, Newnan
Regional skate crews representing various regional skate shops have been invited to battle it out in a squad versus squad event, with the winning team earning an all-expense-paid trip to the Red Bull Terminal Takeover in New Orleans. Over 15 skate crews from Atlanta and neighboring states will be participating. Registration and practice at 10 a.m.; Riders meeting at 12:30 p.m.

Join the City of Newnan Leisure Services and hunt for rubber ducks. They will be hidden in the City Parks and each day a hint will be provided to help you find them. Once a duck is found, it needs to be brought to Leisure Services to be exchanged for a prize pack! Think you have what it takes to find one, or do you think you’ll ‘quack’ under the pressure?
