From Coweta County Schools System Press Release

The local community will have three opportunities to give input on the Coweta County School System’s upcoming strategic plan tonight.

The Coweta County School System is in the process of adopting a new System Strategic Plan for 2019-2024. Students, parents and community members are invited to participate in public input sessions as a part of that process.

Three sessions are being held later today (Thursday, Jan. 24) at:
· Evans Middle School (41 Evans Drive, Newnan)

· Howard Warner Boys and Girls Club (72 Wesley Street, Newnan)
· Lee Middle School ( 370 Willis Road, Sharpsburg)

All sessions begin at 7 p.m., and take approximately one hour.

The purpose of the sessions is to gather stakeholder feedback on the school system’s work to implement the system’s mission, vision and beliefs. Participants will be asked to identify processes and initiatives that are strengths as well as help identify areas for continuous improvement over the next five years.

If someone cannot attend but would like to share their input, they can complete a Survey here.
