Newnan’s Kris Youmans fronts the Kris Youmans Band which has a unique roots, country sound with a bit of Western swing that makes them a perfect edition to GPB’s Georgia’s Country Connection series at GBP.org/country.

Local Musicians – Upcoming Shows

Melody Kiser & HeyDreamer – on January 20th at Smith’s Olde Bar in Atlanta, HeyDreamer (alternative rock) will play The Atlanta Room with Grits & Greens (soulful rock-n-roll)  and Levi Ransom (pop rock).  Show starts at 8 p.m.

Mary Martin – playing at a venue near you from Fayette to Newnan to LaGrange and everywhere in between. Check out her website for the shows she’s planned for 2023.

Aaron Walker, guitarist/singer, follow on Facebook and Instagram. You’ll find Aaron playing in local venues with a band, and solo. He’s a young artist to watch.
