August 11 – FRIDAY

Sunset Sounds at Drake Field
7-10 p.m. at Drake Field, 155 Willowbend Road, Peachtree City
Live music by Matt Pudas. Bring your chairs, grab dinner and a drink and get ready to rock out under the stars!

August 12 – SATURDAY

Walk With A Doc
8:30 a.m. at Peachtree City Market, 215 Northlake Drive, Peachtree City
Join Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta physicians Dr. Chuck Fryberger and Dr. Michael McHenry for a 2.5 mile walk to discuss ways to reduce your risks for orthopedic injury or disease and learn what treatment options are available when it is necessary. Coweta County Farmers Market / Newnan
8:30 a.m.-Noon at Asa M. Powell Sr. Expo Center, 197 Temple Avenue, Newnan
Every Wednesday and Saturday (thru mid-October) Local farmers offer homegrown fruits, vegetables, homemade food items, plants and more!

Senoia Farmers Market
8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at 40 Travis Street, Senoia
It is a community-oriented marketplace that features a variety of local farmers, food producers, artisans, and craftsmen. You can find a wide selection of fresh produce, including fruits and vegetables, herbs, and flowers. There are also local food producers selling homemade baked goods, jams and jellies, honey, and other artisanal products. The market also features handmade crafts, such as pottery, jewelry, and textiles. Visitors can enjoy live music, food trucks, and other family-friendly activities.  EVERY Saturday.

Peachtree City Market

This market brings approximately 60 vendors offering a variety of fresh produce, poultry, beef and pork, bread, sweet treats, honey, eggs, prepared foods and so much more. It’s the perfect place to find the consummate gift for the foodie in your life and visitors will also find live music going on.

The Locals Market
9 a.m.-4 p.m. at Greenville Street Park, downtown Newnan
Enjoy a Saturday at The Locals Market where there’s something for everyone to enjoy – vendors, food trucks, children’s activities, live music and more.

The Great All American Car Show
10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Coweta County Fairgrounds, 275 Pine Road, Newnan
Registration is from 10 a.m.-noon. Inaugural event. All classes and car/bike clubs welcome. 50/50 Cash Drawing, Food Trucks, Raffles. Classics, Muscle, Dunks, Rat Rods, Motorcycles, Lifted and Exotics.

Coweta Touch-A-Truck Day with Paw Patrol

Co-sponsored by Senoia Optimist Club and Senoia UMC. You are encouraged to make an appointment for the upcoming blood drive either by signing up online (http://www.redcrossblood.org/give) or by calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767). NOTE: If the appointment schedule is full, walk-ins may not be able to donate.
