It’s the first weekend in November and Coweta County is offering up a few interesting things to do this weekend.
If you like high school football, then cross-county rivals Newnan at East Coweta is the perfect choice for you.
On Saturday, it’s Market Day around the Downtown Newnan Square.
And on Sunday, check out the final day of the Newnan-Coweta Art Association Arts & Crafts Market or see the Masterwork’s Chorale’s Christmas Special.
And don’t forget to set your clock’s back one hour as Daylight Savings Time ends early Sunday morning.

Main Street Newnan’s Market Day is around the courthouse square in downtown Newnan from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The market showcases a variety of handmade, homemade, and homegrown products created by local artisans, artists, and farmers. Market favorites include: fresh locally grown produce, honey, jams and jellies, salsa, pottery, art, children’s clothing, hand-woven baskets, leather products, fresh baked goods, handcrafted furniture, birdhouses, wood-art, fiber-art, wreaths, floral design, and much more!

Local Craft Bazaar at Faith Bible Church
A Craft Bazaar will be held Saturday, Nov 3rd from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Come shop for gifts, crafts, natural beauty products, baked goods and seasonal decorations. The proceeds will help to fund a mission trip to the Dominican Republic.
