Weather: Sunny skies, mild temperatures and dry this week

A sunshine-filled week is ahead for folks here in Coweta County.
The National Weather Service in Peachtree City says to expect sunny skies through the work week with highs in the mid-to-upper 70s and reaching 82 on Friday. Overnight lows will be in the upper 40s to near 50.
A dry, cold front will pass through the area on Friday which will drop high temperatures down to the lower 70s for the weekend and lows in the mid-40s.
Wind will be only a factor in the forecast today with Northeast winds at 5-10 mph, gusting to 15.

MONDAY – Sunny, with a high near 75. Light northeast wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.
MONDAY NIGHT – Mostly clear, with a low around 51. Calm wind becoming east around 5 mph.
TUESDAY – Sunny, with a high near 76. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph in the afternoon.
WEDNESDAY – Sunny, with a high near 77. Calm wind becoming northwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.
THURSDAY – Sunny, with a high near 80.
FRIDAY – Sunny, with a high near 82.
SATURDAY – Sunny, with a high near 72.
