FRIDAY, JUNE 28

NEWNAN WALKS: WALK WITH A DOCTOR
8-9 a.m., 600 Celebrate Life Parkway, Newnan
Join us on the LINC Trail for a walk & take a step towards better health. The event starts with a brief discussion from Dr. Kirstin Higgins with City of Hope Cancer Center. You will then walk at your own pace and have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with other community members. This event is free and open to the public.

FOOD TRUCK FRIDAYS AT THE MORELAND MILL
5-8 p.m., Moreland Mill, 7 Main Street, Moreland
Bring a chair or blanket and hang out. Food Trucks (Taqueria Migueleno, Ellison Brothers’ BBQ and Delightful Layers) and live music by Thomas Tillman Music featuring Blaire Morgan.

REEL FRIDAY
6 p.m., Town at Trilith, 590 Heatherden Avenue, Fayetteville
Experience the magic of REEL Friday at Trilith’s 2024 movie series in the picturesque Town at Trilith. The movie will be “Under The Boardwalk.” Bring your family and friends for an enchanting evening of outdoor cinema under the stars, featuring a 25-foot permanent screen nestled amidst lush greenery. Arrive early to explore the delightful array of vendors and engaging games, and don’t forget to pick up or order dinner to enjoy during the show. Grab your favorite chair or cozy blanket and immerse yourself in the cinematic delight. Movie starts promptly at 7 p.m.

Your favorite farm families and vendors return alongside exciting new additions, all eager to meet you at the Coweta County Farmer’s Market! In addition, Coweta County UGA Extension’s Family & Consumer Science Agent will join us this season with fun cooking demos, food safety tips and children’s activities. Plus, don’t miss the chance to meet your new furry best friend, as Coweta County Animal Services will be on-site offering pet adoptions.

SENOIA FARMER’S MARKET

GREAT SOUTH HARLEY-DAVIDSON EVENT
9 a.m., Great South Harley-Davidson, 185 Hwy. 16, Newnan • 678-228-8213
Come enjoy live music from Jack Anthony Christopher (Noon-3 p.m.), 4D Street Eats The Food Truck (Noon until gone), and a gathering of Harley-Davidson enthusiasts at Great South Harley-Davidson. Don’t miss out on the fun and excitement!

PEACHTREE CITY MARKET

SERENBE FARMERS MARKET
9 a.m.- 1 p.m., The Grange Green, 10640 Serenbe Lane, Chattahoochee Hills
The Serenbe Farmers Market hosts Growers, Artisans, Craft-makers, and Healthy Food Producers. Parking is available along Serenbe Lane in Grange.

HIGH HEELS AND CORNFIELDS
10 a.m.-1 p.m., 9210 Hwy. 16, Senoia
Join Bourbon Women Atlanta for a ‘day on the farm’ with Co-Founders Paige Dockweiler, Amy Brown, and Daniel Williams of Doc Brown Farm and Distillers, Georgia’s only Seed to Still – Grain to Glass operation – growing heirloom grains on the farm and turning them into premium spirits following traditional techniques.
We’ll talk about corn and grains as we tour the Jimmy Red Corn, Nalo Orange Corn, and Abruzzi Rye fields while we learn more about Doc Brown Farm’s ‘Farm Fresh Ethos’. We’ll also get to lay our eyes on the farm’s barrels, bee hives, and barns located on site. Participants must register with Bourbon Women Atlanta by clicking HERE.

THE LOCALS MARKET
10 a.m.-4 p.m., Greenville Street Park, 51 Greenville Street, Downtown Newnan
It’s a great time for the whole community. Free event with local vendors, businesses, food trucks, activities, live music and more.

N.I.T.W.I.T.S. FREE IMPROV WORKSHOP
2-5 p.m., Newnan Theatre Company, 24 1st Avenue, Newnan • 770-683-6282
