Newnan Theatre Company’s ‘The Mousetrap’, the 5th Annual Newnan Police Department Car Show, Dracula at Wadsworth Auditorium, the Autumn Chase 5K, the annual Trunk or Treat at Chattahoochee Bend State Park and the Munchkin Masquerade headline the events from Friday to Halloween Monday in-and-around Coweta County.

October 28-30, FRIDAY-SUNDAY

The Mousetrap at Newnan Theatre Company

Showtimes: 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday; 3 p.m. Sunday. … Tickets $25 Adults Friday-Sunday; $18 Students and Seniors (65+); Kids (10 and under) $15. Suspect everyone in this classic Agatha Christie mystery. After a local woman is murdered, the guests and staff at Monkswell Manor find themselves stranded during a snowstorm. Dracula at Wadsworth Auditorium
Friday/Saturday at 7 p.m; Sunday at 3 p.m. … $30 adult; $15 children under 12 and seniors. Southern Arc Dance and Newnan Cultural Arts Commission is set to present “Dracula” for three dates at Wadsworth Auditorium in downtown Newnan. This presentation will be a professional dance/theater love story of all ages and will be perfect to get everyone into the mood for Halloween. Southern Arc Dance is asking those in attendance to come in costume. Live music will be by Doug Kees, voted Best Musician in Coweta County, who composed the rock music soundtrack for this performance. It will be performed by Newnan’s Musicology, with Bahar Gjuka singing some of her songs. Children’s Costume Contest and Craft
4 to 6 p.m. at the Newnan Carnegie Library. … Join them for an afternoon of ghoulish fun, if you dare. They will be having a Halloween costume contest, paper pumpkin decorating and a bat craft. Snacks will be served. This program is for ages 5 and up and a caregiver. Space is limited. Registration is required. Visit: REGISTRATION. Hocus Pocus Movie in the Park 
6 p.m. setup begins at the Seavy Street Park in Senoia; movie begins at dark! Bring the family, blankets and chairs. Concessions will be available. Come in costume and enjoy photo opportunities and more!

2nd Annual Downtown Newnan Bootique Crawl
5-9 p.m. … Stop by any of the participating locations in downtown Newnan and pick up a Bingo card. Get your card stamped throughout the night at the various participating stores and if you get a Bingo, bring the card to Bold Soul Originals. A lucky winner will be selected on Saturday to win over $600 in gift cards, products and services.

13 Stories Haunted House Kids Day
Noon-4 p.m. … 13 Stories Haunted House welcomes all families with children. If you love horror or would like to have the haunt experience without the scares, come out to our lights on kids day and trunk or treat!. This will be a no scare fun day in which our actors will not be in makeup and will just hand out goodies! $5 per kid! Includes the bounce house and lights on tour as well as candy. Costumes are welcome. There will be snacks available as well as other activities!

Spooktacular Recruitment Event at WGTC
9 to 11 a.m. and 3 to 5 p.m. … West Georgia Tech is hosting a Spooktacular Recruitment event at all five campuses, including the Coweta County campus in Newnan. Representatives from the Admissions, Financial Aid and Advising departments will be on-site at each location to answer any questions and assist prospective students.Students will also have the chance to apply to WGTC for free, as application fees will be waived for anyone attending the event.
