FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22

PRESCHOOL STORYTIME
10-11 a.m., Newnan Carnegie Library, 1 LaGrange Street, Newnan
Join the folks at Newnan Carnegie Library for story time! Each session, attendees will explore a new theme through books, songs, and body movement. Activities will be followed by a themed craft or open play. This program is recommended for children ages 3-6, but siblings are welcome. Registration is required. To register, click HERE.

SENOIA’S BOUTIQUE CRAWL
5-9 p.m., Downtown Senoia
A great opportunity to have a girls date night, shop for yourself, sip, explore and support all of the Senoia downtown shops!

HOLIDAY SIP AND SEE
5-9 p.m., Downtown Newnan
Join everyone downtown and get started on your holiday shopping early as many of the businesses will be staying open late, and enjoy live Christmas music from Musicology Newnan, a night market, and food trucks around the square! HOLIDAY SIP AND SHOP
5-9 p.m., Downtown LaGrange
Kick off your holiday shopping at the LaGrange annual Holiday Sip and Shop! Support the local shops, sip some fabulous wine, and knock out your wishlists! This event is free for any and everyone to attend! However, if you would like to sip wine while you shop, stainless steel tumblers can be purchased for $25. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the tumblers goes to this year’s beneficiary, The Exceptional Way! Tumblers can be refilled for free at any participating businesses.

SWEETLAND ON ICE
5-9 p.m., Sweetland Amphitheatre, 110 Smith Street, LaGrange • 706-298-5434
During the winter season, Sweetland Amphitheatre hosts a covered 5,500 square foot open-air ice-skating rink provided and operated by the Sweetland team. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the festive atmosphere, skating for all ages, a spectator section with heaters to enjoy the ice-skating action, and affordable concessions. LIGHT UP CITY CENTER PARK
6-8 p.m., Downtown Fayetteville
Join everyone in City Center Park for the lighting of the New Christmas Tree, Live Christmas Music, Free Hot Cocoa, and Coffee (while supplies last), Free train ride around City Center Park, Christmas Photo Opportunity with Art of Landscaping, games, and more. Food truck will be onsite.

PREP FOOTBALL

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 23

SATURDAY FOOD DISTRIBUTION
8 a.m., Bridging The Gap, 19 1st Avenue, Newnan
Free weekly drive-thru food pantry. Boxes typically include frozen meat, fresh fruits and produce, dairy, bread and desserts. First come, first served. Registration is required on site the day of distribution.

SENOIA FARMER’S MARKET
8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., 40 Travis Street, Senoia
Locally-sourced Farmer’s Market, every Saturday.

LET’S GO HIKING
9 a.m.-Noon, Chattahoochee Bend State Park, 425 Bob White Way, Newnan • 770-254-7271
Join the folks at Chattahoochee Bend State Park as attendees will explore the park and make sure to bring a camera. Meet the park Naturalist and take a hike! Wear comfortable clothes, comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle. Limit 20 hikers. $7 per person & $5. park pass. Please call the park office to register.

PEACHTREE CITY MARKET
9 a.m.- 1 p.m., Aberdeen Village Shopping Center, Aberdeen Parkway, Peachtree City
Approximately 60 vendors offering a variety of fresh produce, poultry, beef and pork, bread, sweet treats and more. Also live music.

GEORGIA RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL FALL FLING
2-9 p.m., 6905 Virlyn B. Smith Road, Fairburn
Every Saturday from now until December 7, the legendary village of Nottingham will open it’s gates for a fantastic Fall Fling Festival! Shop for treasures in the artisan shops and stalls, sample delicious food and drink, and be amazed and entertained by the talented acrobats, jugglers and comedians in the lanes and on the stages. LIGHTS UP 2024
4-8 p.m., Ashley Park, 320 Newnan Crossing Bypass, Newnan
Celebrate the season of magic with festive music, Night Market, Santa’s arrival, snowfall, visits from some of your favorite Disney characters, + a countdown to the tree lighting with our new LED lightshow! Fun begins at 4 p.m. at the Dillard’s Courtyard, Santa’s arrival is at 5 p.m., Tree Lighting at 6 p.m. and much more jolly fun.

LIGHT UP TRILITH
4-8 p.m., Town at Trilith, 590 Heatherden Avenue, Fayetteville
It will be a magical evening of holiday celebration at the Light Up Trilith event.
The festive atmosphere will feature food trucks, live music, and plenty of family-friendly activities for all ages. There’s a Santa’s Workshop, Gingerbread Bounce Houses, live music by the Joe Grandson Big Band and the tree lighting ceremony from 6:30-8 p.m.

THE GOOD CAMP FIRE
8-9:30 p.m., Chattahoochee Bend State Park, 425 Bob White Way, Newnan • 770-254-7271
Come and build your own smores around a toasty and comfy campfire. Bring your camp chairs. Learn campfire songs and join in playful skits. Wear appropriate clothing. $5 per person & $5 park pass. Please call the office to pre-register.
