Progressive Heating, Air and Plumbing has announced the winners of the 2024 “The Progressive Way” Award, a newly implemented accolade designed to recognize and celebrate outstanding individuals who embody the company’s core values and commitment that define “The Progressive Way.”
The inaugural recipients of this prestigious recognition have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their work, colleagues, and the community. The winners are:
- Darren McDonald – Home Solutions Advisor: For his dedication to representing the best of what Progressive Heating, Air and Plumbing has stood for during his tenure of 18 years, working in every technical HVAC position over that time.
- Chris Turner – Service Technician: For his unwavering dedication to our customer’s comfort in his positions in installation and service, always with a positive attitude.
- Mike Kessler – Master Plumber: For his role in growing our plumbing department and being a mentor to apprentices, as well as a role model at Progressive Heating, Air and Plumbing.
- Morgan Wilkerson – Service and Plumbing Warehouse: For her tireless work in many areas of the company and making sure no matter what, our customers are taken care of regardless of what role she plays.
