Munchkin Masquerade takes over Downtown Newnan on Halloween

The little people take over downtown Newnan this Halloween morning as the Munchkin Masquerade returns.
Main Street Newnan hosts the annual Trick-or-Treat event around the Courthouse Square and neighboring streets on Friday, October 31. It will begin at 10 a.m. and end at noon. Children from around the greater Newnan-Coweta area gather in downtown Newnan to collect treats from downtown businesses. Costumes are always welcomed and encouraged.
A couple of other Halloween-related events also take place today for the little people.
HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARADE
11 am, Downtown Senoia
It’s the Toddler Halloween Parade in Senoia! A not-so-spooky celebration for our littlest residents ages 0-5! Come dressed in your cutest, silliest, or spookiest Halloween costume for a fun-filled march around Main Street, followed by treats and toddler-friendly Halloween activities at the Welcome Center! This is a festive & fun way to celebrate Halloween with our littlest residents. Strollers welcome, goodie bags and snacks, crafts, games and more after the parade. Meet at the gazebo located at the bottom of Main Street.
CURIOUS GEORGE: A HALLOWEEN BOOFEST
Noon, Wadsworth Auditorium, 25 Jefferson Street, Newnan
Following Main Street Newnan’s Munchkin Masquerade, there is a FREE Movie for the kiddos at the Wadsworth! The movie is “Curious George: A Halloween BOOfest.” Free popcorn & water provided while supplies last! The event is free but registration is encouraged. To register, click HERE.
