It’s Day 5 at the 2023 Kiwanis Coweta County Fair with promising weather forecasts for the remainder of this year’s run.

The Fair is open from 4 to 10 p.m. today.

Attendees can choose from entertainment such as the Iron P Homestead Exotic Petting Zoo, Ken Scott Magic, Venus de Hooplah, the Walker Family, Wayne Jenkins Painting Demo, 4-H Rabbit Showmanship and Agility Competitions and the Nightly Character Show.

The National Weather Service says to expect sunny skies with the temperature near 80 degrees when the gates open today, and dropping into the 60s after sundown. No chance of rain with Northwest winds at 5-10 mph. In fact, the extended forecast looks the same through Saturday with daytime highs near 80 and mostly sunny skies.
