Day 9 – Feel The Force Day at the Coweta County Fair

Three final days remain for this year’s Kiwanis Coweta County Fair with today’s theme “Feel The Force Day!”
Friday’s Event Schedule includes the daily Individual Exhibits in Exhibit Hall, Showmanship Sweepstakes, the Kiwanis Coweta County Fair Beauty Pageant, DJ Dance Booth, a plus Iron P Petting Zoo, Lew-E’s Comedy Circus and all the rides you could want.
The Fair hours on Friday are 5 p.m. to midnight. Now that Fall is officially here, the weather forecast will be slightly cooler. Folks attending Friday’s session will have sunny and clear skies when the gates open with a high of 77 degrees and an East wind at 5-10 mph. The temperature will drop to the lower 60s by closing time.
Admission tonight is $5. Ride Armbands are $35 on Fridays and Saturdays. Parking is free.

6:30 p.m. – 4-H Showmanship Sweepstakes, Livestock Arena
7 p.m. – Coweta County Fair Beauty Pageant, Exhibit Building

Fair hours are 5 to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to midnight on Fridays; noon to midnight on Saturdays; and 2 to 10 p.m. on Sundays. Parking is free.
