Fall Job Fair scheduled for Aug. 20

Over 30 companies are scheduled to participate in the 2019 Fall Job Fair on Tuesday, Aug. 20.

The event will take place at the Newnan First United Methodist Church Parish Hall. It is from 4-6 p.m. and the event is free for job seekers.

Between 20-30 companies will be in attendance with job openings. An initial list included Advance Auto Parts, Buffalo Rock, Chase Staffing, Coweta County Schools, Customer Molded Products, Elwood Staffing, Goodwill Southern Rivers, Material in Motion, Pavestone, Pet Smart, Pirate Staffing, PlyGem, Pridestaff, UPS, Waffle House, Wagner, West Georgia Technical College and Zaxby’s..

Job positions available will be full time, part time and seasonal. Job seekers attending should come prepared with several copies of recent resumes, dress for success and be prepared to apply for jobs “on the spot.”

The Newnan FUMC is located at 33 Greenville Street in downtown Newnan.
