Habitat for Humanity congratulates newest homeowner – Gloria Sanders

From Newnan-Coweta Habitat for Humanity Press Release
The Newnan-Coweta Habitat for Humanity is thrilled to share some heartwarming news with folks today!
Please join us in congratulating Gloria Sanders on becoming the newest homeowner in our East Broad Estates development! Surrounded by her family and friends recently, Gloria received the keys to her well-deserved new home, marking a significant milestone for her and her four wonderful children.
We are immensely proud of Gloria’s accomplishments and the strides she has made in turning her dreams into reality. While working full-time and raising her four children, Gloria has completed 250 hours of sweat equity volunteering on the construction of her own home, on special events, and in the ReStore. As of this evening she will have completed all eight classes in our homeownership curriculum, including budgeting, personal finance, mortgage and escrow, delinquency prevention, insurance, credit basics, home safety, and home repair. She will pay an affordable mortgage over 30 years with monthly payments not exceeding 30% of her monthly income, securing a safe and stable environment for her family to thrive.
This incredible achievement would not have been possible without the collective effort and support of our passionate volunteers, generous donors, and dedicated staff. Together, we have provided Gloria and her children with the foundation they need to build a brighter future. Thank you for your continued support in our mission to create affordable homeownership opportunities and build stronger, more vibrant communities. Together, we are making a lasting impact on the lives of families like Gloria’s.
On behalf of everyone at Newnan-Coweta Habitat for Humanity, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Gloria and her four children. Your resilience, determination, and unwavering spirit have inspired us all. We wish you an abundance of happiness, love, and prosperity as you begin this new chapter in your lives.
