Home Helpers: Meet Marcy Anthony, an ‘Exceptional Caregiver’

From Staff Reports
There’s just one simple goal each and every day at Home Helpers of Georgia and Alabama.
And that goal is – as Caregivers – to provide the very best compassionate care that helps people live safely and independently wherever they call home.
This month, meet Marcy Anthony who is part of the Home Helpers team and most importantly – an ‘Exceptional Caregiver.’
Marcy reveals the reasons why being a Caregiver is important to her.
“I have been doing home healthcare for about seven years now and it has been the most challenging, yet rewarding job I have ever had,” says Marcy. “Helping families maneuver through their new way of life has become a joy for me, knowing that I have helped them breathe a little easier at the end of the day.”
“From giving love ones a break to helping my patient feel comfortable, it’s all a rewarding feeling.”
Marcy is a single mother of four and is going to school to become a Registered Nurse.
Just last month, the Home Helpers Newnan office earned its 10th consecutive Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice Award. And to earn this annual award, the staff at Home Helpers must consistently provide exceptional service. That’s the kind of service that Marcy has been providing for years with Home Helpers.
