The Music: Local and Live Streaming during the pandemic

There’s a streak of creativity that is shining through on this stage of social distancing.

So many full-time musicians and weekend players who love what they do have been writing new material, collaborating with fellow musicians and reaching out through live streaming and videos during this COVID-19 pandemic. They’ve come up with some clever ideas to make connections with fans and friends and in the midst of ‘technical difficulties,’ have felt more creative while allowing the virtual audience to see another chapter of the artists’ story.

Music uplifts us and provides the perfect positive distraction.

So when you see the live streams and videos, let the musicians know you are still enjoying and supporting them by donating, tipping on line and joining in the conversations, which can be a lot of fun.
