Another busy weekend in-and-around Coweta County with headlining events such as the NCAA Christmas Market, Market Day, the Old South Band Invitational and the Atlanta Air Show.

November 4, FRIDAY

Red Cross Blood Drive

Lee-King Pharmacy Holiday Open House
10 a.m. to 7 p.m. … It’s the final day of the Annual Holiday Open House at Lee-King Pharmacy in Newnan. Plenty of specials plus Virginia Rice Jewelry, Mae Wearable Art, Complimentary Gift Wrapping, Gift Basket Giveaways and more.

Friday Night Prep Football
Four of the local high school football teams still have state playoff aspirations and tonight’s results will go a long way in can punching their tickets.

NCAA Christmas Market at the Fairgrounds

Old South Southeastern Invitational
Performances begin at 12:30 p.m. and end at 8:45 p.m. … The 43rd Annual Band Competition event features 17 high school bands and takes place at Newnan High School’s Drake Stadium. You can find tickets here: https://www.newnanband.org/oldsouth

Mental Health Ultra Marathon (10k, Half, 50k)
