Weather Week in Coweta: Sunny Skies thru Sunday

The National Weather Service in Peachtree City has given Coweta County a near perfect forecast for the next seven days.

Look for sunny skies each day thru Sunday with high temperatures in the 70s thru Wednesday, then warming to the 80s from Thursday on.

The only mention of rain is a 10% chance overnight on Wednesday.

Otherwise, it’s a postcard week here locally. Below is the day-by-day story from the NWS:

MONDAY – Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 76. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

TUESDAY – Sunny, with a high near 73. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

WEDNESDAY – Sunny, with a high near 77. Northeast wind around 5 mph becoming southwest in the afternoon.

THURSDAY – Mostly sunny, with a high near 83.

FRIDAY – Sunny, with a high near 86.
