Arnall Grocery Company: Chick Days start Feb. 15

The annual Chick Days start at Arnall Grocery Company on Friday, Feb. 15.

Shipments every other week through May. Breeds include (not limited to) Barred Rock, Black Australorp, Buff Orpington, Gold Comet, and Rhode Island Red. All chicks have been vaccinated. Only female chicks (90% accuracy) are ordered. Roosters are a special order only.

Arnall Grocery Company was established in 1869. Today’s owner Shane Prophett and his family and staff continue to uphold the standards started by the founder, H. C. Arnall, who was the grandfather of the former Georgia Governor Ellis Arnall.

The inventory customers can find at Arnall Grocery Company includes feed, seed, fertilizers, garden supplies, wholesale grocery items, paper goods for your home and office, cleaning supplies, concession supplies and candy as well as seasonal flowers and plants, and live bait.  They also offer delivery to local farms, offices, churches and industries.
