Eye Spy Camera Scavenger Hunt

Bring your camera and take a look around our park for the items on our scavenger hunt list. Take a picture with each item on our list and bring your completed list and pictures to the office to claim your prize. Remember, this is not a race, have fun! $5 parking.

Keep Your Resolutions Hike
Saturday, Jan. 12, 11 a.m. to noon
Hike off the pounds with our naturalist and keep your New Year’s resolution to get outdoors and stay active! Meet at boat ramp in Day Use $2 plus $5 parking.

Women’s Survival Skills
Saturday, Jan. 19, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Join our naturalist to help you prepare for hiking and camping outdoors! This class will have three sessions: Campfire building, basic first aid and dangerous plant ID, and hiking pack essentials. Designed for adults and children ages 7+ pack a lunch $10 plus $5 parking.

Homeschooling in the Park – Endangered Species
Saturday, Jan. 26, noon-1 p.m.
Join our naturalist to learn about endangered species found in Georgia along with a craft to take home! Meet at picnic shelter #1 $3 plus $5 parking.
