The busiest day of the 2023 Kiwanis Coweta County Fair has arrived with 12 hours of family-fun and entertainment.

The Fair is open from noon to midnight today as 14 different events are taking place aside from the Midway rides and the Individual and Animal Exhibits. And it’s Military Appreciation Day with any active and/or retired military personnel admitted free with ID.

Saturday’s entertainment includes the usual lineup of Inflatables and Games, the Iron P Homestead Exotic Petting Zoo, Ken Scott Magic, Venus de Hooplah, Bob Seymore The Living Statue and the Nightly Character Show. Added today will be Auntie Nish, Rock & Read, Donald White The Science Guy, Dance Studios, a Police K-9 Demonstration, Jerry G. White Percussion, the Cattlemen’s Cookoff and Lumberjack & Lumberjill competition.

The National Weather Service says Saturday’s forecast calls for sunny skies with the high temperature near 83 degrees and no chance of rain. Northwest wind around 5-15 mph. For up-to-date weather information, click HERE.
